Donations go to support these two youth charities in the Drumheller area:
The local chapter of the Sea Cadets. The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets is a youth program delivered in partnership by The Navy League of Canada and the Department of National Defence. The Sea Cadet program is for youths aged 12-18. The program allows youth to be part of a team dedicated to promoting the physical and mental fitness of young men and women in the cadet program, to educate our youth in Leadership, Citizenship, Self-Discipline and Respect of Others. Summer programs for Sea Cadets offer camps, international exchanges, sailing, and provide opportunities for Sea Cadets to earn money as staff cadets at various camps across Canada.
Two Wheel View, a charity that creates opportunities for young people to learn and practice lessons in leadership, health and wellness, self-esteem, achievement and environmental stewardship through bicycle education programs and volunteer service trips.
