2027 Registration

Choose your distance, gather your cycling crew and get ready for an unforgettable weekend in Drumheller. With most distances selling out quickly each year (we have fully sold out the past 3 years), we encourage you to register early and secure your place at the start line before it’s too late!

Gran Fondo Badlands is becoming a two-day event in 2027 so riders can enjoy more space on the roads and a smoother start to their day. The 163km and 100km rides will take place on Saturday, July 3rd on routes that do not cross the Bleriot Ferry. The 75km and 50km rides will follow on Sunday, July 4th with the ferry crossing still part of the experience. Spreading the rides across two days helps us manage ferry capacity and reduce congestion while giving every rider more room to take in the incredible Drumheller landscape.

Registration is limited to 2,000 total cyclists on Saturday for the 163km and 100km rides, and 800 total cyclists on Sunday for the 75km and 50km rides.
